Abhijit Gautam

I am Abhijit Gautam an optimistic boy of 18. I am from Luing Resithang, a small village near the state capital Gangtok. I have recently finished schooling from JNV, Pakyong. Currently, I am pursuing BTech in computer science from Ramaiah Institute of Technology. I love to learn about the cosmos and want to a remarkable work in that field. I also like to play badminton and cricket and enjoy watching movies of sci-fi. I aim to be a computational astrophysicist, where I can use my computer science skills to analyze and model data from the universe, which would be my way to contribute to a better understanding of the universe. I also have an interest in joining the Indian Air Force as a flying officer for which I attempted SSB but failed after coming so close. I also joined NCC in my school days and received an NCC 'B' certificate with an A grade. I try to be optimistic even when the situation tells other way around and try to live life to the fullest. 

Aditya Holla

I am Aditya Holla from a remote village in Karnataka. I recently passed 12th with 95.60% in CBSE board. I am currently pursuing Engineering Design at IIT Madras. I want to be a philanthropist and help as many people as I can. I want to help people from rural backgrounds as they have very little approach from the government. I want to remove the whole picture of caste, gender and religion from people's minds by educating them about caste and gender. And I believe that proper education is the key to everything.

Bio: Altafa Ansari I am simple and hardworking girl of 17. I have completed my 12th from JNV , Pipersand, Lucknow,UP and secured 89.9%. Currently I am in IIT BHU and doing Bachelor of Tech. I used to play handball and make paintings. I want to be independent, valuable human asset and a confident women and want to be helpful to needy and be an influencer . I belongs to underprivileged background so it push me to do well in achieving my goals. I believe in life that has my own rule and have satisfactory achievements.

Amrita Yadav

Amrita Yadav, an ambitious girl of 16 hails from Sitapur district of Uttar Pradesh. By securing 94.4% in class 12, she completed her schooling from VidyaGyan School run by the Shiv Nadar Foundation. She is currently pursuing History Honours from Delhi University. After completing graduation, she aims to pursue a degree in Mass Communication and follow her dream of being a successful journalist. Coming from an underprivileged background, she is well known to the problems of her society. Her true interest lies in serving the nation by being the voice of the poor and unheard people. She is very keen on learning new things and loves being part of adventurous activities. She wishes to be an independent and confident woman in the future.

Anurag Kumar

Anurag Kumar is an active and ambitious boy of 18, He hails from Mau, Uttar Pradesh. He completed his 12th with 91% from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Mau. He's currently pursuing his Bachelor's in Hindi Hons from Hindu College, University of Delhi. He's passionate about drawing and speech. He has also received many medals and certificates. After completing his graduation, he aspires to crack UPSC and become a civil servant. He's a very laborious and confident boy. He always says: - Be simple but Significant in your life. Arpita Kushwaha

Being born into a family of farmers in a small village of Prayagraj, she saw her parents live from one harvest to another. As such many decisions in her life were dictated by the effect they would have on the family’s bottom line, her future never looked too bright at first glance. She started her education in a government school keeping a burning passion to bring change to her family and society. This passion saw its awakening when she entered Vidyagyan School where she proved herself as a promising and sincere student by securing 98.8% in class 10 and 94.2% in the class 12 board exams. She realized that to bring a change and fight all the societal norms, she had to have the power to back her stand and for that, she used the only resource she had in abundance- her intellect. Currently, Arpita is pursuing BA Hons Psychology from Indraprastha College for Women, University of Delhi; listing herself as the first person to come out of her village to continue her education. He secured 94% in his boards and his story was covered by many local newspapers and TV channels. Currently, he is pursuing MBBS from MKCG Medical College, Berhampur. After graduation, Bibek aims to do his specialization in neuroscience and become a neurosurgeon. Boddu Lalith Shiva Ramu

I am now studying for a Bachelor of Design with a major in Fashion Communication at the NIFT in New Delhi. I am Megharaj S Naik 17-year-old aspiring engineer who hails from a tribal locality of Davangere Karnataka completed class 12 from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Bengaluru urban with 92.5% cleared jee mains and pursuing B.Tech in Civil Engineering from National Institute of Technology Karnataka. I am very passionate about singing songs and making my fellow comrades vibe for it. ​I am Preeti Bhat and I am from a remote village in Uttara Kannada, Karnataka. I completed my 12th class in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Uttara Kannada, scoring 92.2%. Currently I am pursuing B.E in Computer science from University of Vishveshvarayya College of Engineering Bengaluru. My aspiration is to break barriers, be financially independent, and become a role model for girls like me, showing them that dreams are attainable, regardless of where one starts. My middle-class roots have instilled in me the values of hard work and perseverance. My leadership journey began as the prefect of my school house, one of four houses, where I honed my skills in leading and inspiring others.In addition to my leadership roles, I actively participated in various school competitions, from singing and debating to essay and story writing, drawing etc. These experiences not only enriched my life but also taught me the value of versatility and adaptability. I am from Maharashtra and belong to a very small village Pimpalgaon (lute) in the Wardha district. I am 20 years old. My mother is an Anganwadi worker.I completed my 12th from jawahar navodaya vidyalaya selukate wardha . I got 90% in the 10th and 91% in the 12th board examination. I secured AIR 42362 in neet 2023. I want to become an orthopedic surgeon to treat people who are badly injured due to accidents. I want to open at least one hospital in my village with no doctor fees and all medicines at half price which is quite affordable. I am interested in free-hand sketching. I love to listen to songs from different languages especially English.

My elder sister has also completed her graduation this year. I have completed my 12th from JNV. Hamirpur and completed my coaching from Dakshana Foundation, Pune. I have qualified the NEET 2023 and currently doing my MBBS from All India Institute of Medical Science, New Delhi. My hobbies include playing badminton and basketball.

Sandesh Nepal

Sandesh is an ambitious boy of 19. He hails from Tumin, Sikkim.Recently, he completed his schooling from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Pakyong, Sikkim. He secured 89% in his Class 12th boards. Currently, he is pursuing B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. He is passionate about songs as well as has an interest in chess. He also has an interest in pursuing higher studies for research in science and technology. He strongly believes in meditation and peace. He believes that one who meditates and remains peaceful will be balanced mentally and spiritually.

Sayan Mondal

I am Sayan Mondal, 18 years old come from a very small village in the Murshidabad district of West Bengal. I lost my father when I was only 3 yrs old. That was the turning point for our family. It was a very difficult situation to face. As a result of our economic instability, it has become challenging to continue my further studies. But my mother never lost hope, restabilized our family conditions, and cleared all the problems that were coming in my studies. As my mother always said my father wanted me to become a doctor and serve the community, When l was growing up their dream became mine. But all the hurdles were not crossed. At the end of the 10th class, my classmates were leaving school for coaching classes but that expensive coaching was not affordable for me. I was very disappointed at that time and decided to continue my studies for the medical entrance exam at the school itself. But another turning point came in my life when the Dakshana Foundation selected me for NEET preparation in Pune. After 2 years of proper guidance and hard work, I am successful in fulfilling my and my parents' dream. I got 685 out of 720 in NEET and got the AIR -1104 and CAT rank-27. Today when I look back through the past years, I realise that those harsh situations were very important and had made me so strong and I have enjoyed this journey of life throughout.

Shivansh Agrahari

 I'm Shivansh, a student of CURAJ doing ECE. I come from a small town Nagod, near Satna. I have done my schooling from Satya Niketan Higher Secondary School which is in Nagod itself.

Sneha Rani

Sneha is a determined girl who belongs to Jharkhand but is presently living in Chandigarh due to her father's job. She has completed her Matriculation with 98.6% and intermediate with 97.6% from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Chandigarh. She was the topper of Tricity. A number of newspapers and news channels like Zee interviewed her. She is an active participant in Leadership programs. She was an NCC Cadet and NSS volunteer during her school years. She has a keen interest in programming. She has learned Python and is presently inclined to C. Sneha is pursuing her BTech in Electronics and Communication from IIT BHU, Varanasi. She is also the Associate Alumnus of IIT Gandhinagar. She is a Regional player in Volleyball. She has participated in speeches, quizzes, etc. and has also won prizes. She is a punctual and dedicated child. The sacrifice of her parents and her will to change is her biggest motivation. She wants to pay back the society through her hard work and dedication. Sneha aims to make her contribution to the nation's development in her own way.

Suhas Badagi

Suhas Badagi Suhas Badagi is an adventurous and courageous boy of 19. He is from Bengaluru, Karnataka. Recently he completed his studies from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya(BU) with a positive charecter and a decent 7 years of life. He has secured 94.7% in his boards which made his family proud which was 3rd highest in his school.This was great achievement as this was achieved in spite of other troubles caused due to Covid. Currently he is pursuing his Btech in . After graduation he is willing to crack the most popular and toughest exam UPSC and want to become IAS officer. The main agenda is to clear the society which is filled of crimes and other bad minds. And to help the needy people and serve the society. The current family situation has made me more focused towards my AIM and want to take away this from my Family. He is filled with multi talents. He has a great leadership skills which made him to handle the school and he did so. He even participates actively in Athletics( throwing events) and has bagged many medals and majority are golds. He has grabbed the minds of many by attending the TSC camp which was held in DELHI in NCC which was the greatest achievement of his life. He is really thankful to the team VAHANI for helping and promise them to return this favour in terms of donating the money to the needy ones who really wants. He is even master in drawing Portraits. He is very interested in converting this society from all myths and misconception to a healthy and positive society. His future activities will impact the society with above thoughts.

Urmita Jamatia

Myself Urmita Jamatia from the Gomati district of Tripura and I completed my schooling from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya. I secured 89.8% in CBSE board and I hold the third rank in the school. Currently, I am pursuing BA LLB bachelor of law ( integrated course) from Banasthali Vidhyapith University, Rajasthan. My aim in life is to become a professor and I want to crack competitive exams like UPSC. I want to become an independent humble educated woman and always wanted to work for the upliftment of society. I belong to Tripura where so many tribals can't even afford their basic needs so I want to work for them and for society. I have great leadership skills as I was a school captain of my school and also house captain and I am actively working on debating, dancing, painting, and also some sports like kabaddi and badminton. In the future I want to open an orphan school this is my dream. I want to thank all the respected Vahani members for supporting me as I come from an unprivileged background. I strongly believe that the future depends on what we work on today so work hard and focus on good and it ultimately gets better.

Venkatesh Hosangadi

Venkatesh is a dedicated and ambitious boy. He hails from a village of Koppal district in Karnataka which lacks many basic facilities. He completed his schooling from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Koppal. He has secured 94 percent marks in the 12th class Board exam. After clearing the Dakshana entrance test he took NEET coaching from Dakshana and cleared the NEET exam with 624 marks. He is currently studying MBBS at KIMS Hubli. He loves reading books and playing basketball and volleyball. He is very much proud of being a Vahani scholar. He has a very strong belief that values are much more important than money. He wishes to become a talented doctor and serve society with selflessness. He believes that by practicing this noble profession, he can get the opportunity to help the needy and helpless people.

Vidhansingh Rajput

Vidhan is an ambitious guy of 20. He is from Malkapur, Buldhana, Maharashtra. He has completed his schooling from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Shegaon, with 86.2% in boards. He's currently pursuing his Bachelor of Science degree in the field of Statistics from Fergusson College Pune. Vidhan had great leadership skills and team spirit, as he was an NCC cadet in school and had been selected for the Republic Day Camp, Delhi in 2019. He is also passionate about physical activities like sports and other active activities. He strongly believes in living a meaningful life with a sense of purpose a creating a positive impact on society.

Yash Kharade

I'm Yash Kharade from a small village in Buldhana district Sindkhed Raja Taluka. I completed my 12th from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Pune with 92%. Then I gave the NEET exam and scored 635 with an all-India rank of 12033. Now I am doing my MBBS at Grant Government Medical College and Sir JJ Hospital Mumbai.
